Welcome to the updated public consultation website for the proposed redevelopment of the pit yard at the former Rufford Colliery, located to the north of Rainworth.
The previous scheme was for up to 400 dwellings and a data centre. Following feedback from local residents and stakeholders, the scheme is proposed to be amended through submission of a revised planning pack.
This proposed amendment includes removing the proposed data centre from the scheme; including a multi-use community hub building; and, providing more residential housing.
