Project team to review responses received to the public engagement process, and consider necessary amendments to the proposals prior to submission of the planning application
December 2025
Anticipated submission of an outline planning application to Newark and Sherwood District Council*
*Once the planning application has been received and validated by the District Council there will be further opportunity to make comments direct to the Council as part of the planning application process.
Summer 2026
Anticipated determination of the outline planning application by Newark and Sherwood District Council
